THE PROGRAMME

Learn it. Live it. Lead.

Fun, structure and impact come together in a progressive programme designed to build capability and then put it into practice.

HOW IT WORKS

A clear route
from skill to service.

Parade nights create consistency. Badges and ranks recognise progress. Community service gives cadets a real-world setting in which to contribute.

Weekly parade nights

Structured sessions held on the same night each week, focusing on practical skill training, leadership exercises, drill and uniform standards.

Life skills modules

Core training includes First Aid, Communication, Team Leadership, Basic Navigation, Introduction to Finance and Citizenship.

Community service

Cadets support public events, Remembrance activities, environmental clean-ups and other local charities—building positive visibility and active citizenship.

Camps & expeditions

Planned future activities will create additional opportunities for teamwork, outdoor challenge and personal development in residential or expedition settings.
